Hi, same issue, and the screen resolution and refresh rate can no longer be changed either.
This is completely due to the last update and we'll have to wait for a fix... - Lelana871 year agoSeasoned Traveler
Jup, I use this all the time and now I'm utterly confused.

Same for me, it honestly makes it much harder to play.

Yes same problem here. I can only do it using the keyboard. which is very hard to do when I have trouble with one of my arms

Megantjuhh pacer1965 lizardeggy Lelana87 It appears that the game now uses Bordereless windowed mode by default, which is not true fullscreen like it was in the original Sims 2 release; Edge Scrolling only works in true fullscreen which is why it doesn't work in your case; I haven't been able to switch to true fullscreen after the patch.
Kribl0m Since Borderless mode adapts to your screen resolution, it disables other settings; if you press Alt-Enter to switch to standard windowed mode, do other resolutions become available?

Yes, so gutted! Was in the middle of a fun legacy game, but can't play or see the controls now... Hope they fix it soon as I am so upset that I can't play anymore!

Good to know I'm not the only one who simply cannot play without edge scrolling. I was in a really fun game and had my evening planned out to play ts2, oh well :/ hope they fix it asap though!

I'm also having the same issue :( I submitted a ticket in the EA app about the bug, but I'm thinking we'll need a bunch of people to do that so it gets prioritized. Unsure how much they actually monitor these forums
