Fed up

Ever since I bought and downloaded the Sims 2 Legacy It will not launch saying that files are missing and corrupt .  I asked for this to be either fixed or have my money refunded to me, I was received a case number. Now I can't even launch my Sims 4 game because it states the same issues. I go into the EA site to check on my case at it informs me that I don't have one, and that I don't qualify for a refund. The problem didn't even get fixed, even though they did post a fix to the issue it doesn't work.  So if anyone else is having the same issues and problems with EA as me, then i suggest going to a different game site and finding a different game , like steam with the game Inzoi. I know I will be. I have had enough o this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
