Goth Household not able to use phone

I have all of a sudden had a issue where no one in the Goth household can make a phone call or use the phone at all. They just pick it up and place it back down again. I tried removing my CC and Mods. Still doesn't work. I tried restarting, doesn't work. I tried another Household and it worked there. I dont know what else to do. I dont really want to move them out as i will have to re decorate their house again and the day will be on Monday.  

If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it.
