Hi @VirescentWig
first off all would you be able to download Origin in your country as you would require that to play this version of Sims 2 as it would be added to your Origin account.
https://www.origin.com/gbr/en-us/store/download
Next do you own any sims series at all such as 3 or 4? as sometimes that helps when asking for this series.. for example I did own the sims 2 base game many years ago and lost mine in a move so when I asked for 2 UC they asked me to buy a brand new factory sealed base game with an unused code which over here in the UK I can do. Once I proved I had purchased the game and gave them the key code they gave me the full 2 UC series.
So what you are going to need to do is tell them you did have the sims 2 base game some years ago but you lost it in a move but you are quite happy to purchase a brand new copy of the game to get your UC series ( This appears to work a lot but not every time just so you are aware ) however often if you offer something in return rather than asking for it for free that seems to help more-) and actually a full series for the price of one game is a bargain in my world lol
Now the next problem I can see is where you are going to buy this game if they accept your proposal as I cannot find an Amazon in Turkey (even though I thought there was one) as its usually Amazon online where you can usually find a brand new copy of this game.. so you are going to need to check if you can do that..
for example despite being in the UK with my one registered Amazon account I buy from all over the world and have it delivered to my home country ( subject to whatever different countries laws I am buying in )
in the UK you can find this base game brand new and sealed for around £21.95
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/offer-listing/B0006IGNKW/ref=dp_olp_new?ie=UTF8&condition=new
However I read online ( not sure if its true that Amazon do not deliver to Turkey ) and to use the following Turkish web-store to purchase from and on checking that site I did find a sims 2 base game but its for the psp I cannot find a PC version.. but maybe you have other similar stores where you could find a brand new game for the PC?

I helped someone in an Arab country get 2 UC using a similar method so it is doable it just depends how nice the customer service rep is online when you are chatting to them and that you can actually buy the new disc version of the game in your country should you want to make them that offer....
I noticed on that Turkish website store there are sims 3 & 4 game discs or possibly codes to use to download the games from Origin mentioned above.. and if you have not played sims before after 2012 all sims 3 and 4 games require registering with Origin to be able to play them except for Sims 2 which although is still downloaded through Origin once its downloaded you can play without having to sign into Origin.
If you want further opinions regards which series may be better there are a lot of threads where players debate this topic but if you have never played before that might be a little hard to understand.
I played sims 2 a very long time ago at a friends house and I loved it straightaway but I had no time back then to play and although I bought the game I never played and did loose it in a house move. Then when I had time sims 3 had started so I bought everything sims 3 and played for some years then decided I would like to experience the 2 series and got my UC by following the same steps I have outlined for you and while the sims 2 game is considered old now it is still considered by many to be the best of all the series for the depth of play. with sims 3 you get an open world to play in so you can send your sims into the world without a loading screen and many consider this series the best. Sims 4 is probably the most hotly debated series right now as most who are used to sims 2&3 think 4 is a bit of a step back and yet other players love it because it looks more modern so it is all about personal preference and I suggest if you can look up LGR on you tube as he has some great humorous video reviews to watch about each sims series and their expansion packs.
One last thing to remember before I complete this novel is to take into consideration what PC system you intend to play on
Sims 2 UC will play well with any reasonable PC specs whereas sims 3 and all the expansion packs requires more of a gaming PC. As for Sims 4 I had to go look as I was not sure because I have gaming style PC so can play 2, 3 &4 series on the one PC I have so for the purposes of lowest PC specs the easiest series on a PC system would be Sims 2.
sims 4
OS: 64 Bit Windows 7,8, or 8.1.
PROCESSOR: Intel Core i5 or faster or AMD Athlon X4.
MEMORY: 4GB RAM.
I hope I did not confuse you, good luck and let me know if I can be of further help.. :)
EDIT@
I just wanted to make you aware if you wanted to try a version of sims 2 that is not the actual Sims 2 full series they made the following titles that you can still buy the discs for PC and play them as a standalone game without the requirement for Origin .. and I noticed them advertised on that Turkish website but I am not sure which ones are for the PC..
