register code old disk missing

the sims 2 double deluxe 3 disk package issue with missing register code. i have the orignal case and disk and manual but no codes on it what so ever. i have the proof of purches code.  tride to go to support page but no title for this proble is availble to put in the ticket.

    Correction I have the code but it will not let me put in the alphabets included with the code to install
