How to make sims 2 townies with family trees?

I'm trying to start a custom hood and idk how.

    Just a tip: With SimBlender, you can also set relationships, not just turn them into Townies.

Hibethp18​,

You can use SimBlender to turn individual Sims into Townies and Downtownies. Of course, you can also create an entire family with a family tree and then turn all Sims into Townies.
