I can not open The Sims & Sims 2

Hello everyone.

I hope someone can help me.

I bought The Sims birthday bundle. Since then, I can not even click on either one. They appear in my Profile, but like when I scroll over Sims 3 or Sims 4 they "jump" and you can open them. However, the same does not happen with The Sims & Sims 2. Furthermore, I bought the birthday bundle on February 7th. Does someone have an idea what I can do or is this a regular problem that affects multiple accounts? I have seen posts of people's downloading crashes down etc. but have not found any information about this. It slightly worries me.
