I was double charged and apparently there’s no way to contact ea. seriously?

Gone around in infinite circles on the website where you select chat and it tells you presumably how to access the chat by selecting an option but doesn’t allow you options. The help bot tells you you can report the double charge using a “tool” but then provides no further information. This is ridiculous.
