Invisible Texts!

Hello, I just bought The Sims 2 Legacy collection two days ago. It was fun. But I have a problem that might have a little impact on the game experience.

I play in the Thai language version, and when I get into character build mode to build a sim. I can't type any Thai alphabet like their names, their story. I can only type their name in English.

Then I want to change back to English because I also play in English, as long as I don't have a problem. But when I changed, I found that all the names and descriptions in English had disappeared. They were invisible, like the Thai version without typing! I can't read them! Has anybody solved it yet?

I also have a picture of it in the Thai version. In the English version same as Thai but......worse.
