Is "clean UI" mod a solution??
They ruined the game a few weeks ago with that big "patch" that made UI small and despite two new "patches" the issue still exists. The "cheat code" (it shouldn't be resolved with a cheat code anyway...

SuzanaRose Regardless of vanilla vs Clean UI preferences, I don't believe the Clean UI mod affects the UI size aside from possibly expanding the catalogs in CAS.
For now, if you'd like to make the UI larger, you can switch to Windowed mode and lower the resolution, or change resolution in system settings (Settings > System > Display) to keep playing in Borderless. Hopefully this gets sorted out in a future patch.
