My game appears uninstalled

So today I turned my PC on, opened EA app and sims 2 was not in instelled games. I tried restart app, I restarted PC too, still not installed. I tried launch the game and it told me, game is not installed. So I uninstalled the game a tried to install again and I connot do that. It just shows me error saying that I should restart app or contact support. I tried restart app for at least 10 times and still nothing.

    Mine has just reinstall with all my old saves too . Hope everybody else's is too. 💜

    but i didnt get that update till after opening EA APP this morning and it was already gone

    yeah seems that this only helped me XD but thankfully ea has resolved it already idk why reinstalling the windows update did it for me
