So today I turned my PC on, opened EA app and sims 2 was not in instelled games. I tried restart app, I restarted PC too, still not installed. I tried launch the game and it told me, game is not installed. So I uninstalled the game a tried to install again and I connot do that. It just shows me error saying that I should restart app or contact support. I tried restart app for at least 10 times and still nothing.

yeah seems that this only helped me XD but thankfully ea has resolved it already idk why reinstalling the windows update did it for me

hey, i have found a fix , this is not an ea fault for the first time probably but a windows update fault. uninstalling the windows update KB5050009 should help just click uninstall and restart the computer it will install it again and the game should appear in ea, this worked for me so hope this helps others :))
