Hello,
When a launch the game, all the neighborhoods are completely missing and the game is empty. I already checked my Documents folder the game doesn't create any save folder at all.
I have already tried to reinstall the game, run it as an administrator, and use the repair option in the EA app, but nothing works. No folder is being created on this computer.
Could you please help me fix this ? Thanks

I already removed OneDrive and checked both Documents and OneDrive folders. Unfortunately, the game still doesn't create any Legacy folder on this PC.
The strange thing is that the same EA account and the same game installation work correctly on my laptop. On the laptop, all neighborhoods appear normally and the Legacy folder is created automatically.
On this PC, the game launches but no neighborhoods appear and no Legacy folder is ever created.

I don't know why, but someone else in the forum had this happen to them. They were able to fix it by going to into the program files, locating the neighborhood files there, and copying them into the Legacy folder in Documents.
As for where the folder actually is, could it be under User/OneDrive/Documents rather than the regular Documents folder? I ask because that's what happened to me. I disabled OneDrive before I even installed it and it still put the folders in there.
