Not all CC i download shows up

Did you take the CC out of the zip, rar, or 7z folders?

This happens sometimes and it can be for several reasons (you didn't download required meshes or other required files; you're looking for the CC in the wrong categories; the creator's CC just doesn't work in your game...).
The best approach is to not download CC in bulk cause your downloads folder will be a mess and you may end up having many non-working files clogging up your folder.
Download a couple of items, launch the game, see how they work/look. Download a few more, rinse, repeat - this way you can easily investigate if something doesn't work cause you'll know exactly where you got it from and what the item is.

ETA: I Just noticed someone ask them where they got all their hairstyles and they noted other sites. Was it hair or clothes? Pose boxes (which seem to be many over there) usually show up under dressers/wardrobes/misc.
