Sims 2 legacy keeps crashing

I'm getting the same message any time I try to load a household in any world, whether I've played them or not.  I repaired the game, and it's the exact same.  I even tried a suggestion someone said in a different forum about moving the folder out to desktop so it has to create a new one.  Nothing.  

Genuinely created an EA forums account to report it, because like you said, completely unplayable. 😒

I'm having the same issues. First it started small, made a man and dog and the dog didn't show up. so, I adopted one from the streets. When this one came home from work it crashed everything but at least I was playing. Now it doesn't matter what family I click on it crashes straight away. I try to download the graphic designer everyone was talking about, but it couldn't find my game file. I deleted caches and everything I could think of but now I'm at my wit ends because nothing is working even that 4g fix. I go to the threads that says the bug is fix but it's all computer issues like a restart nothing that points to their internal issues.

Oh, you're so welcome as soon as I tried it I came back to you. It's still deleting the people I make and I'm still having issues, but I get to play the already made people so that's a plus.
