Not loading after first launch

Over the last few days of having the Sims two legacy I have had to uninstall the game three times. All these times I’ve made a sim and played. But once I exit the game and I try to go back in the game later the game does not load properly and I’m stuck on the entering household loading screen. I repaired my files. I didn’t have any cc or mods. I don’t know why my game does not work.
