I think the problem is that not everyone is having problems. My game is fine. If not enough people are reporting a particular issue, they are unlikely to address it.
What troubleshooting have you tried? Deleting cache, generating a new Legacy folder, making sure your drivers are up to date, run in administrative/compatibility mode?
