Screen resolution stuck at 800x600 in the sims 2 legacy edition

I have this problem that I cant change the resolution to 1920x1080, because the only option is 800x600. I have followed several guides on how to fix the problem, since many had the same problem with the sims 2 ultimate collection, but those guides dont help me:// Any suggestions or other people who have the same problem?

I play on PC Windows 10 if that matters
