Sim can't eat - Sims 2 Legacy

When my sim plops down food on the table, they just reset and won't be able to eat the food.

Object move and deleting SIM worked for me , saved after and went in and out of neighbourhood , was back by the mail box and could cook and eat

Did it also fix the eating downtown / out when u did this?

am gonna try this one more time w/ her and see if it works/ if not...... going back to maxmotives so i can still play her.

i did try this but my sim still couldnt eat or cook her food whe n i got her back in the house
