Sims 1 & 2 Deleting dll.

I downloaded the legacy packs today, they deleted the vcruntime140.dll and msvcp140.dll. I had to redownload VC-redist to get it back because it caused my Sims 4 to also not work. I contacted support, but they didn't know why it was happening. After I fixed it, I redownloaded Sims 2 and again it removed the dll files. So, I removed the game again. I asked for a refund because on the packs, I have spent entirely too much time and money on 4 to have it not work. I hope it's a bug and they fix it because I miss playing 1 & 2, but they won't work without dll files.
