TS2 Legacy Pet Disappearing Bug

Question

Hello!Not sure if anyone else has this issue with the re-release of this game... I made a new household with a pet, and when I loaded into the apartment block I wanted to rent in, then decorated the apartment, the cat I made was gone... I couldn't find it anywhere and there was no option bring the kitty back :( and it doesn't show up in the household details either, it's like it was never there even though it was!I never had this issue with this game when I played it back in the day. So to see the re-release have issues is really sad.

DakaTheWanderer This is a known issue, so please check if any antivirus program is flagging the game and preventing it from creating new character files. Also make sure to check that your Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2 Legacy folder is not on OneDrive. You can run Command Prompt, paste the following command and press Enter to view the location of your Documents folder:
reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"
