I am having the same no payment glitch, and have been since before the patch- but only with one sim. Interestingly, it also happens when he returns from his final exams. The error log calls the error a "Point Break Primitive", and the last frame before the error (I think) was "Budget - Update Personal Wealth". I attached my ObjectError in hopes that someone at EA will see it and have some idea of what is happening. I tested both with and without mods, and there was no difference. Super frustrating that this one guy can't get a job or go to college... if this doesn't get fixed I'm just gonna have to work it into his story and move him back home with his parents.
