Sims 2 Legacy : 'Application has crashed, application will now terminate.'

Anyone having problems with 'Application has crashed, application will now terminate.' on sims 2 legacy while create a family? How to fix it please 🙏🏻

Happens a lot to me. I just made a post about a really strange one. I really wish it gave more detailed error codes.
