Sims 2 Legacy Collection | MODs, Fixes, Solutions

Hello EA Forums,

I have the 'The Sims™ 2 Legacy Collection' (2025), but I am experiencing many issues with it. I am looking for essential fixes, essential MODs, and essential solutions. Each time I start playing the game, I experience a crash of some kind. I am not sure if this could be due to my modlist. I've also noticed the game has seen various 'bug fixes' and wonder if some past MODs are not longer relevant.

Please suggest essential fixes, essential MODs, and essential solutions, to get this game working smoothly.
