Sims 2: Legacy Edition not in Library

Hi!

I purchased Sims 2: Legacy Edition this morning, I'm able to see in my EA Customer Portal that the purchase is complete but it just isn't in EA app at all. When I go to the store on EA app > Sims 2: Legacy Edition it says 'View in Library'. When I click on that and it goes to my library the game just is not there at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled EA app. I have restarted the app countless times. I have logged off and on multiple times. It is definitely downloaded to the correct account and it has definitely completed so I'm at a loss on where the game could be. 

Please help !!

  • If you haven’t already sorted it out, go onto library then scroll down. I had the same issue as the top screen only shows installed games. Once you scroll down on the same page you see “my games ()” and it will be there
