Sims 2 Legacy Import Saved Lot and Family

I have made a family and house on Sims 2 Legacy, But when I shared my data using syncthing so my Steam Deck has the same data it seemed to mess up the Downtown and communal areas.

So I saved the lot and family as a SIMS2PACK file and reinstalled the game to correct it.

The downtown area is correct now but I am having trouble getting the Lot & Family back in. I have tried using Sim2Clean installer to out it as into Downloads folder and Teleport folder but nothing seems to work.

Any ideas?

Side note if Steam Cloud save was available this whole scenario would have been avoidable : (
