Sims 2 Legacy resolution scaling off

Hi all, I have had issues with the game's resolution being incorrect and being unable to get my in-game resolution settings to stick once the game was restarted, but with today's patch the resolutio...

Heya romosim 

This is due to the change called out in the patch notes here:

  • The Sims 2 now uses a borderless window to provide the fullscreen experience

In order to change resolution now, you'll need to press ALT+Enter to go into Windowed mode, then the resolutions shown in your screenshots will not be grayed out anymore.

Hi EA_Cade 

I pressed ALT+Enter and changed the resolution in Windowed mode, however if I restart the game, the change to the resolution settings do not stick, and I am back to square one. Any idea why this might be happening/ways to fix? Thanks for your response btw!
