sims 2 not loading vacation lots

Question

Had lots of trouble with sims 1, eventually got it to work and then got a black screen switched over to sims 2. My sims 2 was working fine last night, today it started getting lots of error pops regarding interests and various others, i kept pressing ok on the dialogue box. game kept running alright but then i went on vacation with my family, when dining they never received their food. went to other lots in tikki it completely stopped loading my family while they were trying to return back to hotel. restarted game and couldn't load hotel. went and got a refund.

This happened to me too! I also requested a refund as I was really frustrated. all I do in sims 2 was traveling and if this doesn't work, I can't enjoy sims 2.

Me too! Played 2 sims day on vacation and last day it crashed and I’ve lost my family!&nbsp;

Have the same issue, frezzes on the blue screen but the game appears to still playing on the back as I can hear the music of the loading screen + the sims doing things
