Issues in The Sims 2 Legacy

"The application has crashed. The application will now terminate." This has now happened three times in a row. But when my pet started going to work there was no problem, and the pet could go to work for a couple of days. Now all of a sudden it crashes when the pet comes back home from their work.

(The attached files are a photo of the terminate-message and a Errors-textfile from the Logs folder. "Grodan" is the name of the pet and it is stated in the ObjectErrors-textfile.)

 Sometimes the game also crashes randomly, or I didn't pay attention to what maybe could have triggered the crash.

The game even crashed after I had created my first family (luckily it somehow got saved) but after that I could play fine - until the next crash of course. 

I have tried repairing the game in the EA app but that didn't help. I also tried to play it in another language but that also didn't help. I even tried lowering the shadows and turning off Snow on the ground, but that too did not help.

The audio when they speak is also really weird sounding. I know there's already a post about it here on the forums and they even had a comparison to the sounds in the Ultimate Collection. 

Please help and fix this EA. I really want to be able to play this game (and The Sims 1 Legacy, which also has a lot of problems!)
