Sims 2 re-release not launching
Hi!
Has anyone had a problem launching the sims 2?
Bought both of them with the birthday bundle.
Sims 1 working fine just , but 2 isn't loading. No error screen or anything.
Any Ideas? I'm so upset 😭

Hi! The fix that worked for me is to add -w to your launch properties (in either Steam or the EA App):
For EA App, open the App game library, click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the Sims 2 Legacy icon, select View properties, and add -w to the command line box.
For Steam, add -w under Sims 2 > Properties > General > Launch Options.

then view properties
type in there -w
