sims completely disappearing - the sims 2 legacy

my problem right now is after the crash thing happened after making my household i patched it and it got fixed but the next time i made a household my sims dog got deleted when i exited and loaded in...

The **bleep** game still broken. All the sims dissapeard everytime they visit a community lot. At least, that's what happened to me. 
The loading screen hangs for several minutes... even hours, and if you restart the game, everything will be gone. EA needs to fix that bug ASAP, otherwise, the game will be unplayable. :((
