leave it to EA to fix a game and then it ends up more brokken thaan they original version the older version haver fewer issues than they ones they fixe if I where you guys I would request a refund before they won´t give you one anymore because of time limit no guarantee the will ever fix it juat look at half the packs in sims 4 I really guilbelly hopped this one would work proberly but guess not ,link to a guy explaining they request refund process on youtube in case you decide to go that way https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f3l6ruvcqY0
