I included in my original post that it's the Ultimate Collection, so the only thing available is the digital copy. It's only an issue with my digital copy. I still have access to my original laptop with Windows Vista and the disc version of the regular game, but the computer is 7 years old and runs ridiculously slow, but the game runs properly on there so it's definitely just a problem with the Ultimate Collection.
