maroyiting The resolution can only be changed when the game is in Windowed mode; you can switch between Borderless and Windowed modes by pressing Alt-Enter. In Borderless, resolution is locked to whatever the screen resolution is in your system settings (Settings > System > Display), so you'll have to change it there to affect the game if you want to keep playing in Borderless.
According to the patch notes, the uintProp uiScaleFactor cheat only works if your screen resolution is higher than 1080; my screen is exactly 1920x1080, and the cheat only works in CAS, so I cannot test it anywhere else.
