I just bought the Sims 2 + Sims 1 game and I can't even get them to download. EA app keeps saying downloading error, give it a few minutes and try again. Well I have been trying for a few hours and nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Im having the exact same issues, still waiting for a fix and now in the EA app it say it wont load due to a error on their end, owned the game for 13 hours now and cannot open or play it!!!
Exact same thing happened to me! I got sims 1 to download fine, but getting this error with Sims 2. I'm worried it's something I'm doing wrong, as it had started to download and was working and then i had to pause it. now it says 0gb file size when i go to download again, then sits on 'installing' at 0% then i get this same error. have cleared the cache, deleted all sims 2 files, restarted my computer... don't know what to do! was so looking forward to playing.
I have the same problem. At first I could play but the game didnt work properly. So I disconnected the one drive and wanted to install the sims 2 again. Now the download does not start and it says its 0.0 GB
