Aw thanks Evalen, that is so nice of you to say. Believe me normal playing is also a good way to test worlds, so do not sell that method short. All types of testing is a big plus for the creator and they always appreciate their testers with what ever style you do - as you are just as likely to find something off as I am.
BC is Rflongs other world she has been working on that is being made to use all the EA stuff she has from eps, sps and mainly lots of store content. It is a mecca for the players who own and love all the eps and that has a lot of store stuff, store worlds, and store Venues - It is a large world also - and something many of us look forward to so we can just jump in and play without having to add a ton of stuff to the world. But where it is going to encompass all the eps and lots of store stuff - Rflong works on it a bit at a time - adding new store things as they come out or work with the beach kind of world.
It is a masterpiece and I am sure will be a big favorite of us simmers who just have to own all the sims stuff made. hehehe I am presently basically just playing in test version 3 - and only really ultra testing anything new added with the new version while play style testing in the things that were in the world in version 1 and 2. There is way more playing than anything, so it gives me a chance to build up the testing skills of a brand new young witch - who is actually the offspring of one of my older testing Chamberlain brothers Sims and a gorgeous sim by the name of Whisper Grey made by another simmer. The two were Sims I added to another world I was testing who I added to the game to test a large population in the test world. They got together on their own as I was not playing either of them and they had a baby. I decided to save the baby to CAS to see what she'd look like as a YA and thought she was lovely. She was born a witch as the mom is a witch. So I decided to add the YA version to my library and make her my main test sim for Haunted Valley as she looks perfect for it. I did not save her to my own studio though, as I did not make her mom as I said and she has a lot of her mom in her. I generally do not like to add Sims to my studio when a parent is someone elses creation - but maybe some of her own offspring eventually.
But anyway I am using playtime in Beach City to make my testing Sim for Haunted Valley. In BC I am just focusing on all the water skills mainly seeing this is a watery world, and that way she will just have mostly the basics and a college degree when she is ready to cover her Witch skills in HV. I do plan to use her as my main HV Sim.
I always like to make a new Sim for testing as well as for playing any world I know I will be keeping and playing after the final is done. I rarely take sims I have used in other worlds and use them in a new keeper world with a few exceptions of course. That way if I want to play certain of my own sims, I need to go back to the saves in the worlds they are in to play them. So favorite worlds all get played as does favorite sims. hehehe
