I wasn't too crazy about the gym in lucky palms, I like the building but not as a gym, so I created a new one on a 40x40 lot. I decided to keep the name as the original is being re-designed as something else. This building started out as a golf club, then turned into a sports bar until I decided it worked better as a gym. (soo indecisive) Anyway, I now give you Golden Simoleon Gymnasium (v2.0)It has a climbing wall, aerobics room and a health food cafe. This lot is CC free
