At the moment I don´t have a lot to tell you about the life of the family, because I am moving Sims from town to town. I have some towns in the save that are overcrowded, so I decided, that, because I have some more time because of the holidays, I´ve got enough time to travel from one town to the other. And because of the CC and the age of the game, travelling lasts up to 20 min real life time for each town. So I watched a lot of TV in the last days :D fortunately during this time of the year the TV program is good! ;)
At the last town I´ve moved I redecorated a house yesterday and today, here are some screenshots:
From the outside the house is stunning!

but the inside of the house is much too old and depressing in my opinion, although it goes with the theme of the world. It´s Caldey Isle by StellaToronto Sims, which is an old middle-aged town. But I decided to renovate the houses one by one (in the next few years or so :D ) and to get it to the 21. century.
Here is my re-design, I hope it´s not too toe-curling, I´ve always try to stay in the colors the owners of the house like and my couple who shall live in the house likes violett and braun, which is an awful combination in my opinion! :p
