"Izzy, darling, Mama and Daddy are going to get married today! There will be a party with our friends and some of your friends too, and a big Cake!" says Mama.

"But honey, we don't know when you'll age up. You are so very special, there is no way anyone can know that date, it might be a long time from now." says Daddy, feeling very badly that his little sweetie never got to have a birthday cake. Each of Izzy's aging was always such a surprise to everyone.

"It is today, Papa! Can we hurry and get a cake please, before the birthday magic starts happening? I feel it coming!" say Izzy.

"Oh! Oh! Hurry everyone! Gather around for our sweet Izzy!" says Emelie, startled that this is happening so very quickly! In her mind she is going over her Mommy Check List: all the child skills were taught? yes. All the field trips completed? yes. Izzy made friends with the kids and teachers? yes. Is Izzy on the honor roll? yes!
'But having my child be so close in age to my own? Well never mind, it can't be helped! It is what it is!

Time for cake, and Waylan looks with love to his child, not noticing that he was interrupting a secret whispered argument.
Waylan starts a jolly conversation with his darling Emelie, about what a great day it is, that there will be lots of celebrating all day long!

A savage thundering Howl is heard, and those not brave, collapse in fear.
Chad is so scared he passes out!
When he comes to, his first thought is Izzy, he runs to the back yard to find and protect, afraid for the dear one his heart beats for.

''I know your gender preference is male...you talk in your sleep, btw." Aziz says with a wry smile.

Chad stares at her a long time. "Sorry about talking in my sleep, I didn't mean to! I never meant to freak you out, or think I was gross. I can't help the way I feel."
"It's ok Chad, I never felt like it was gross. It was actually nice and kind of comforting to hear. To be so loved, especially when compared to some of the whispers I overheard from a few others around town---now that is what I consider gross, and mean, too."
"I'm sorry you felt that, Aziz." says Chad, then he doesn't know what to say "Well you have very nice hair and fur too, Aziz, it's very um, shiny!" says Chad

"Yes, I know. I'm still trying to figure myself out, too. I can't carry you, Chad, you'll have to figure it out on your own. But I'd like to stay close friends."

"That's good. Love is always good. I love you too, but it's like the love you feel for your closest friend."

Meanwhile, Grandpa comes to talk about possessions with Aziz. (btw, No one else in the family thinks it's strange in the slightest that Aziz is presenting as a transformed werewolf female now! The family is just accepting of everything!)
Tristan gets to level 10 in guitar, Tula gets to level 9 in athletics, Waylan gets a wish for another baby, before he is even married, and Emelie is dressed for her wedding and very happily plans the event!
