Hanna Has A Birthday

It's been a whole Sim year (112 Sim days) and time for Hanna to leave being a toddler behind. Her parents enjoyed the last few days of their little one being little, giggling and playing as usual.

Rebecca is a little upset about the upcoming changes, and nervous about Hanna growing up. So far everything has been easy, but it is time for Hanna to spread her wings a little and venture farther outside the home on her own. She will soon be heading to school and making her own friends, not under the constant supervision of her parents.

Kris took a moment to settle Rebecca down some, "Becca, you've been a great mom, and I know how things get you upset at times. However, we have given Hanna the tools she needs to navigate some of what she will have to deal with. She'll be fine, she can talk to us, and she knows we love her aa well as what we expect. 

Relax sweetie, she was always going to grow up."

They chatted about what it was going to be like with Hanna growing up as they took advantage of the last few unfrozen days to stock up on fish for sushi. Eventually, Rebecca began to accept the changes that were in store for the family.

It wasn't long before the first snow came to visit as winter set in, and marking the point when Hanna would soon have a birthday.

The following morning, shortly after her breakfast, Hanna's birthday had arrived. Kris took care of Rebecca as they both wait for the change to occur.

Everything went smoothly and soon Hanna was ready to tackle the world ... For reference, I was able to select a trait for Hanna and picked Brave. It may come in handy seeing as her parents are world travelers and tomb raiders.

Kris congratulated Hanna with a birthday hug, as Rebecca headed off to gather what they would need for their upcoming trip to China, where she and Kris have planned to get married.
