So I have a question... hopefully I'm posting this on the right thread?
Anyway, I'd like to try out the HQ mod (I'm pretty sure my computer can handle it) but at this point I'm not allowed to download a .rar file reader. :( Is there anywhere that I could download it in a .zip file, or another form that wouldn't require downloading a program?
