I haven't personally completed this badge, but some Simmers recommend that you be logged in to your account during each of the actual births, and suggest it may not trigger if they occurred offline.
Thank you for your reply, I am always logged in so I just don't understand why i didn't get the badge last time. I am in the middle of trying again so I just hope I'm not wasting my time.
