I've got traveler. It could be that one.
I've never thought about adding a base camp to a world. I've got one that came in Chocolate Cake Island and it annoys me and I want to get rid of it. I might try changing its lot type next time I load that game.
I like to have lots of Sims in a few different worlds when I play and having the base camp in that world makes it hard to get my Sims to be where I want them. But I've pretty much worked out how to work with it now.
I'll either delete or amend the video in the morning. I'm using my tablet now.
