I'm glad you got it all figured out. I've been visiting family out of state, and just got back home tonight. I wanted to make a campground for one of my CAW worlds a couple of years ago, and decided to make it a base camp. I didn't realize that the only reason I could do so was because of Traveler. But it's not so hard to figure out which base camp designation is the correct one. I try one, then choose the lot to edit. If it's the WA base camp, it will have the bulletin board. If it doesn't have that, I just go back into edit town and choose the other one. Once you get it built, you have to use move objects on the put the bulletin board where you want it.
