Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

BUGGED ACHIEVEMENTS
The following achievements are bugged:

  • "Who Keeps Sending These?" has apparently been bugged since Into the Future.
  • "Nice Arm!" has apparently been bugged for quite some time, as I haven't been able to find someone who would have gotten it in the last three years.
  • "Featured Member" is arguably bugged, as one of its key part, the "Featured" section of "The Exchange", has been buggy since February. Could be fixed anytime though...
