Well it does add interresting interractions, but I'm not sure it affects the effectiveness or receptiveness of existing relevant romantic interractions.
I found my irrestible sim had no problems with managing to get 15 babies with 3 different females. I was after 15 babies though - not 15 girlfriends. I think they were all romantic interests.

There are a few sites I've found that let you load you pictures and they put them onto products that you can make available for sale to others or to just get the products with your own designs yourself and not let the public see them.
