Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

Thanks for answering. Too bad, but it's good to know it's really broken. I had been trying everything I could think of to get that one to go through. lol Oh well, there are quite a few others I can still get.
