Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

Congratulation. I'm at 1184. Don't expect to go any further as I'm not putting new things on the exchange because my game is full of CC and mods now.
