Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

I remember one. More or less, it was: "I've been stranded for a month now. Next time I hear a ukulele, I'm jumping off a cliff!" Or another: "How many stranded seamen does it takes to turn on the light? How many? I mean it! It's getting pretty dark!"
