Achievement Thread - Guide on how to achieve them

I decided to start a new achievement thread, to help fellow simmers who might be needing it. At the moment, it still could be typos galore, though, so I will most likely have to edit it several times....

Success!!!!

Pablo Martinez earned 'Who Keeps Sending These?' on 11/27/2016. Twelve total underwater bottles, four of which contained map pieces, and one did indeed unlock Plumbob Island.

So technically, it can still be gotten, just not with a fully updated game.
